Open Calls

Validators attest transactions; Accountable Nodes produce blocks. Every place in either role is offered only through a public, dated Open Call. Each call, its application form, its results and its publication record are kept here for as long as the network operates.

The requirements and the application procedure for each role are defined in the Protocol Specification, sections Validator Requirements and How to become an Accountable Node.
